Relaxing day

Bruce

Well it been a very busy week hence why i have had no time to get on the computer. It all started last week with my trip to the vets, mum said i had to be brave as i was going to have to stay there all day. To be honest it wasn't that bad, the worst of it all was being put in a travel cage i was not impressed. Luckily one on mums friends was workin when i went the vets so she gave me lots of hugs after my operation. I'm not sure what it was for, mum said it was to have my manhood removed, but i don't what it is as im to young.
I recovered really quickly and was back at work by wednesday. I'v had lots of fun at work chacing birds and cats, this is alot of fun, mum doesn't like it but oh well. I meet two new friends this week two Jack Russell pups, i'm not to keen on puppys they play to much, an wake me up. But they are ok, mums took a shine to one of them, put i told her i dont want a sister, i like being the baby of the family.
I'm off to go pester mum for some food, she has been cooking food for us since Ted now has a sensitive stomach, i thinks its meatloaf tonight Yummy.

To start off i would like to say congrats to our friend flip the Lab, she had 8 little puppys this morning. I'v not been able to see them mum says they are to small, but mum has an she says they are doing well and sooo cute (she makes that fun awww sound every time she talks about them).

I thought today could not get any better, it also snowed today which I love. Bruce hates the snow, he doesn't like the cold. Me and mum had a snow ball fight, i won of course. The snow didn't last long though, it started raining in the afternoon

Bruce is finally growing up, hes not scarred of the labs at work anymore, he even played with one today.

Mums off to pets at home tomorrow so im off to go give her a big kiss and cuddle, and hope she buys some nice treats.

I was so excited last night mum told us we were going to work today in the first time that seems like ages, (well only 4 days really). So all night me and Ted were that excited we could not stop barking, mum said this was a bad thing as she needed to sleep and we kept waking her up. I don't get how she could sleep wasn't she excited to. After abotu the third time of her coming down Ted came up with an idea,. when we heard he walking down the stairs we would get back into bed and pretend to be asleep. I think it worked, I'm a very good actor.
We got to play with two little puppys at work today, I don't really like them they are too small and they jump on me all the time. Mum even gave them some of our home made biscuits, its a good job mum made loads.
I'm very sleepy now, mum said this is because i stayed up all night and then had a busy day at work. As i write this Ted is snoring hes head off and mums trying to stay awake watching some silly programe.
I think im going to help her stay awake for abit longer so i get some more cuddles, I think a big wet kiss on the nose will do the trick.

Today stared off good well this is what i thought anyway, Mum got my lead out and i thought i was going out for a nice walk, oh how i was wrong. We ended up at the vets.
I was very scared but mum said I would be fien it was just for an injection an I wouldn't be staying like last time. While waiting for the vet, i was talking to a few puppies, I told them what would happen to them in that room, I was being a good boy until a giant came in he was huge and i didn't like him. Mum told me he was a great dane and he was more scared of me than i was of him, I think she was lying he was trying to eat everyone in the room. Luckly i didn't have to stay at the vets but the vet did take my temperture which i didn't like at all. Then she gave me an injection. Mum said i have to go on a special diet as i have a sensitive stomach, but thats ok with me, i dont like being sick.

To make up for my trip to the vets mum made me and Bruce some nice homemade Biscuits, they are really nice, but I only got to have 1, mum said if i have to many i will get fat. Its not fair.

Me and Bruce have been good today together we haven't chewed up any cardboard or barked to much. Mummys getting a trainer to come work with us so we behave more and to stop me chasing birds. I dont want her to come though, i like chewing cardboard and chasing birds.

Im off now, I'v spotted a pigeon in the garden i must go chase him before its to late.

Bruces turn

Finally i get a turn.

Mum left me and Ted at home today while she went to work, I was not impressed i really wanted to go, ok well meybe not. 8 in the morning is to early for me, if only she went to work in the afternoon that would suit me better, I love to have a nice lie-in in the morning. Grandma  said we were going to have a nice relaxing day, it think she forgot to tell Ted though, he wouldn't let me sleep at all, he kept waking me up barking at people walking past. So annoying.

When mum came home she had some nice treats for us, Yummy, but as usual Ted wanted mine too, hes so greedy. Older brothers are so annoying. At least he lets me cuddle up to him at night so i stay nice and warm.

Im off to go tease Ted now, mum told me hes got to go the vets tomorrow haha. I think shes gone mad though, she keeps saying I'v got less than a week to say good bye to my man hood, whats all that about.

First Day Blogging

Well this is are first day here, I am Ted, me and my brother Bruce were having a quick look in Your Dog mag when mum wasn't looking and found that loads of doggies were doing this now, so me and Bruce thought we would give it ago.We are two young and very active Jack Russells, I am 14 mths, and bruce is 6 mths old. We both go to work with are mum, which is very exiting as she works in a kennels, this means we get to meet lots of new friends. We were also born there so we get to see are doggy family which is nice. The best bit about going to work is the Peacocks, I love to chase them, I have even get Bruce to help chase them with me, its so much fun. I have never caught one though but this doesn't stop me trying. Mum says a shouldn't do this, if only she would give it ago, then she would realise how much fun it is.

Must go now there's a cardboard box in the garden waiting to be chewed up.

P.S. I'll let Bruce do the next post, it want be as good because all he does is sleep as he's only a puppy, he's so borring.
